Here's a little hard justice served cold!
At the start of this month, Samantha Ronson was arrested for driving while intoxicated on her way back from Las Vegas. This afternoon, the courts charged her with two misdemeanors: driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or above.
Just to refresh your memory, when she took the breathalyzer test, she blew a .08 - and it was 9:30 in the morning.
Samantha will be asked back to court on Sept. 23. If she is found guilty, the max sentence is six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
Gee, if only there was some in her life she could call and ask advice on how to avoid going to jail after committing a serious crime. Who does she know that's really good at that???
